My only complaint, which was addressed early, was the buffering issues. Not a major deal but my one complaint. Thank you so much for making this available to someone like me.

The course was intricate and each lesson concise in a palatable manner. Some of the concepts are so granular that even in a short burst the concept is hard to follow, so i appreciate the pace. I need to overview exam objectives but there is noticeably a missing inclusion for RTP and VoIP traffic analysis - i hope it is not needed! Otherwise Chris is super articulate and gives a very familiar feeling to the instruction. Onward and Upward!
